Mold: Made of high-quality heat-resistant cast iron, the molds are customized according to the shape of the customer's wafer products.

Control panel: The device uses a touch screen display that is easy to operate to set, adjust and control the production parameters of the equipment.

Gas system: The equipment uses natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas for heating. After the ignition system is started, the fire nozzle automatically ignits, and the size of the fire can be adjusted according to the production needs.

Equipment Introduction

The fully automatic wafer cone production line adopts SIEMENS PLC control system, and can be driven by either three-phase motor or servo motor. Machine speed can be adjusted according to the needs of production and make all mechanical movements synchronized.The oven is heated by gas (natural gas/LPG). The equipment can complete the whole production process from batter injection, baking, molding, demoulding, counting, stacking into strings and transport the freshly produced products to the packaging workshop automatically. The high automation of the equipment can improve production efficiency of wafer cones, save manpower, and the stable performance of our machine can ensure the production of high-quality wafer products.
