Structure: The equipment features a sturdy and durable steel structure for the main frame, with the entire machine casing made of #304 stainless steel. The door assembly consists of a three-layer structure, with the inner panel made of galvanized steel plate, an insulating layer of thermal cotton in the middle, and the outer panel made of 304 stainless steel. This three-layer insulated door design ensures excellent thermal insulation.
Equipment Operation: The equipment is controlled by PLC system, driven by three-phase motor, and can adjust the machine speed according to production needs, synchronizing all mechanical movements.
Baking plate: Made of high quality heat-resistant cast iron
Control Panel: The equipment can be equipped with either traditional button controls or a more user-friendly touchscreen display for setting and adjusting the production parameters of the machine.
Gas System: The equipment uses natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas for heating. Once the ignition system is activated, the burner ignites automatically, and the heat intensity can be adjusted according to production requirements. The specially designed burner ensures even heat distribution for the batter.
